Beautiful, sturdy and reliable!!!I had originally bought this set in the brown in 2019. It is April 2025 and I still have the set, though it is has some wear. Wanted a new set for new look and I got the beige color, like an almond color. Absolutely Love it, looks fabulous like a leather/snake pattern.If you’re undecided, get it! It is very thick with a backside that is smooth..it’s waterproof and will protect your table. Wipes clean. Just always be smart…unless you have a metal rivet, something scolding will ruin your placemat and potentially your table.

We can highly recommend these placemats. We've now had them for well over a year, and recently purchased a few more to expand the set. The color is accurate to the product photos, and they are very easy to clean. They are just the right thickness to protect your table, and are made with high-quality materials and wear very well. The surface has a slight texture to it which might now show in the product photos, which is a nice touch. We anticipate the mats lasting a long time, and not having to replace them unless we decide to go with another color. We would buy them again.

I'm happy with them, but they are not the thickest I've seen. My husband was running the sweeper in the kitchen and ran it up on this only to have it remove some of the color - had to reorder a new one. Not thick, but still better than the hardwood floor.

Received in a plastic bag with no cardboard to keep them from getting damaged in shippingAlso they have a strong chemical smell that has not gone away even though they’ve been airing out for a few days Too bad because they do look nice
