Tech21 Evo Endurance for iPhone 6/6S - Smokey/Black

My iphone is getting to the age where it needs a new battery.That's expensive. For less than $10 I get a new case to protect my phone and a 1800 mha battery. It's charging now so I can't say anything about extra talk time. Now I can play games at the doctors office and not worry about a dead phone.

Well, the concept is great, but the mechanics are awful. Now I know why it was so inexpensive. You have to have a different cord to charge the case than the phone. You can't charge your phone independently while it is in the case. The cord for the charger is extremely short. The case is heavy. It's just goofy. I would return it, but it's not worth the cost to ship it. Wasted purchase.

I bought this case hoping to get enough extra juice to get me through a long day at work or excessive streaming and data usage. I would say this case is just enough for an emergency if you absolutely need power.

My wife's iPhone 6S battery was pretty much gone, it would go from 100% to turning itself off in about 10 seconds. We decided to try this battery case since it was pretty cheap. I assume this is old stock so not too surprising that some of them have bad batteries now. First one never showed any status lights other than a quick flash when first plugged in. It never charged so it never worked. Amazon was great about sending a replacement. Replacement worked as expected with charging status lights showing progress. So now this serves pretty much as the primary battery, she is able to get a days use from it now, so good for now. This buys us some time to shop for a replacement phone. For the price, we are quite happy with it.

The battery is not good.

When I purchased this phone case I did not realize that it was also a battery charger, this purchase has been a double win! I will be purchase a couple more.

Only had this case on my husbands phone for a week and the back is already cracked. I think due to the weight of this item the screen protector cracked when the phone was dropped also. The battery feature is cool and charges the phone quickly but that’s the only positive.
