Very Sharp
This clipper is very Sharp and cuts though toe nails easily. Overall these appear to be a quality item. I've only had these for a few weeks and I hope they remain sharp, intact and functional.

Very sharp and works great
WARNING: I am going to be talking about gross thick toenails, so you might want to stop reading.OK, I'm old and I guess when you get old your toenails tend to get thicker than when you are younger. I have noticed that the toenail clippers that we have all used in the past just couldn't open wide enough to cut the toenails. I tried new ones, but they still didn't work. I saw these in an ad somewhere, and thought I give it a try. SUCCESS. They open very wide and are very sharp. It made cutting these thick, gross toenails easy. Easy to grip, packs away nicely in a carrying case and finally makes they toenails look as good as they can get. Made from quality metal. They are sharp, so exercise caution.

Could be dangerous
Cuts great with little effort, but cutters open wide enough to get the tip of your finger or toe in addition to your nail. Would be better if the cutters "opening" distance was smaller, or even adjustable.

I love the high-quality, rugged build of these clippers. They feature a bead-blast finish for a satin-smooth but easily gripped surface. An indentation on the underside of the clippers helps me index my fingers for additional control. These clippers cut cleanly and efficiently.The company supplies a separate file and a nice leather case to corral both items in one place, so you have your clipping tools together when you need them.I've seen other clippers of lesser quality for many times the price of this beauty. Don't struggle with cheap, flimsy clippers anymore. Bring this set home.

Mighty and Sharp
These were awesome! My husband had extremely thick toenails and i struggle every time I have to cut them. These clippers were so great I had his nails cut in no time! They cut in perfect shape and that never happens. I 100% recommend these clippers!!
