The size of these mugs is perfect, and they have a great handle. My disappointment is that the glass is so thin you can only hold them by the handle--touching the sides or even the bottom will burn. This also means the mug can't just be set on any surface. If shape is most important, these are fine; otherwise, find an alternative that's more substantial.

These are NOT sturdy and durable like advertised. The top of these mugs are flared-out to about an 1/8" and gives the illusion of a thicker walled mug. That's why many say they feel lighter than they look. The walls are very thin, probably around 3/64 of an inch and the bottom IS JUST AS THIN. I would use EXTREME care when handling these and I wouldn't even use a metal spoon. The bottoms are NOT flat and not suitable for warming plates.I may return these because of false advertising; they're just not built sturdy enough for practical uses. As a matter of fact, the set I received was returned as proven by the stressed opening tab on the box.

These are not 20 oz cups. At least what I received. They are 12 oz. Had to return.

I use this mug for my butterfly pea tea and it is perfect use for it! It holds good amount of drink, strong and easy to wash, great quality!! Will buy more in the near future!

This is my favorite glass mug. I drink coffee in it everyday and my herbal tea in the evening. I love so much that I now have 6! They are very well made. Go through the dishwasher without issues, I’ve never seen any condensation and they’ve been through the dishwasher a lot. They are true to the 20 ounce description as you can see from pictures. Additionally, what is a big must is my fingers fitting comfortably in the handle and as you can see all 4 of my fingers fit without issue.
