It was quite comfortable, many people talk about height being a factor, I had to adjust it both way up and way down sometimes since sometimes my head felt like it was sort of pushing down on my spine from the self weight of my head but I found it much more comfortable than many alternatives that I have tried. But putting the elastic actually over my eyes was fine since the material that goes around the head is so comfortable. I would buy this again if I didn’t have it already and it is very compact which is great too.

My husband and I just returned from a month in Europe that involved four VERY long flights. Neither of us were able to get a minutes sleep using this device. I was quite disappointed, even googling proper placement and use. The elastic strap was WAY too long even adjusting it to be smaller so connected and my head STILL hung to my chest. I actually don't understand how this could work for anyone! We tried in on several different airline seats with different back rests. The concept sounds good, but I would not recommend buying.

I really wanted to like this, but overall found that it was very difficult to use on airplanes. If the airline doesn’t have a specific headrest on the chair to attach the Z band to it then has to go around the whole chair which makes the elastic band even on the widest setting very tight across your forehead, which for me made it impossible to sleep.

I would not call it the next best thing to first class, but for me it helps sleep a bit better, it is comfortable and the most important helps with my neck, it prevents your head from falling forward what always happens to me after falling asleep. If you have to be in coach, it is a good addition to your travel arsenal, I would always bring with me on long flights.

Just wouldn't stay put

We bought this as a gift and the recipient reported that she slept great on the plane!

Unwrapped this new item, and it reeks of ... perfume? Air freshener? Laundry? I don't know what it is, but I can't imagine wearing this thing, let alone having it near my face. I'd get a headache for sure. I don't think there's a return option for "stinks too much," sadly. Also, it's made of polyester fleece, so that means it's plastic, and that's going to be hot, and end up as landfill waste. I think I'll try to sew one for myself using it as a template instead!
