The switch was fitted to a campervan as an easy way to control additional reversing lights without the need to install a cabled switch in the dashboard. The job was simple and straightforward with the switch operating as desired. Initially I was very happy and then encountered an issue with the one remote not always working as expected. I contacted the seller who responded quickly and after a brief exchange of messages agreed to replace the faulty remote. At that point I realised I had fallen into a situation I always try to avoid. The replacement would have to come from China. I never buy from China because of logistical issues and had specifically chosen this vendor because they are in the UK. Waiting for a supply from China would almost certainly take me out of the Amazon returns window. Additionally the Chinese supplier not only wanted my address but also my phone number which I was not prepared to supply. Eventually I decided just to go with the one functioning remote.Although the vendor was as helpful as they could be I would not have purchased from them had I known that support for the product was potentially in China

This product was easy to install and the Rx wire was easy to disguise behind an open, but discreet panel I don't understand the brightness theme as the unit is hidden behind a panel! Now, what has impressed me is the two remote tx switches paired with the Rx unit...My garden is 20 m in length and yet, in the property, I was able to activate the remote to switch on lights in a remote kitchen. Not only that, but Both remotes activated at 62.54 m! How do I know this? I used my night sight range finder!Well done and I will viewing other electrical items sold by this seller.

I used this to allow me to switch drive light on as I approach house in the car.It is fairly easy to install and wire. But it does need to be placed in a water proof box if placing outside.It is working well at the moment though it has only been installed for a week.

Easy to install and set up lights in garden on a timer function

Needed a remote control switch for my garden lights and all the ones I looked at were really expensive Andover complicated. This is good value for money easy to fit and easy to program. Really pleased. I all ready had a waterproof electric box in the garden for my lights so I fitted this into the existing box to keep it dry and all works perfectly from the house. The real question will now be its reliability but I will keep my fingers crossed as time will tell.

Worked for a month and then stopped, can’t return and can’t find a way of contacting supplier. Amazon only guarantee for 30 days and I am two days outside of return window. No stuck and will have to buy another one from somewhere else

I used this to make my out of sight roadfront garage more secure by being able to isolate the power to its remote-controlled roller shutter door from inside my house. The unit was small enough to install neatly in a box next to the door's switch with it's aerial wire poking out of a hole.The remotes supplied have simple power ON and OFF buttons confirmed by an led flashing. The larger one operates the switch every time from anywhere in the house and the smaller one is handily kept in the garage.The installation was very straightforward and I am sure the unit would work just as well if put to many other uses.
