Healthy specimen
Specimen was well packaged for shipping. I received a healthy plant with about four branches. After acclimating it in its original pot, I’ve re-potted it and it now has 6 branches and appears to be doing well. While not growing as fast as I’ve read they grow, it’s still quite a young sapling and I have high hopes it will take off in the summer season.

It didn’t survive.
This little plant was dying when I got it. I couldn’t save it. It dried up. I was hoping to have it make it. The Texas heat is so hot when I got it out of the mailbox one of the little branches was already dried I got it out of the box and put in a bigger planter hoping I could save it but wasn’t able to. I was so mad! But what could I do if the heat is so awful. I don’t think I will order again the little tree was really small. It looked really pretty in the picture is just way to hot. I wish they could of delivered it to my door instead of the mailbox. It’s a metal mailbox so it get really hot. O well won’t be ordering again.

Small but mighty
it was tiny when I received it in Nov. It did nothing all winter. Nothing. I was sad like you people. It started a new set of leaves when the days got longer. I pot it up and took it outside on my deck in May when it got warm. I used to count the leaflets celebrating that each one had more than the last set. Then in the heat of summer it began to take off. By the end of August it was in an 8" pot, roots coming out the bottom and 14" tall. In September I put it in a bonsai pot and brought it inside to a south window. It hung on all winter, but did nothing. When the days lengthened and the new growth started it was attacked by aphids, as often happens in April indoors. I cut the trunk in half below all the branches and put it under lights. Now new shoots are emerging all the way down the trunk. It wants warm weather and long days and it will grow like mad.

Nice little tree
The company did a good job packing the tree, unfortunately it arrived when my Post Office wasn’t going to be open for a couple days. My tree was a little peaked by the time I got it from the post office but it snapped out of it and is doing well. I’m finding that I can separate the growth and get more than one tree out of this if I want.

What a lovely little tree!
I am a plant person. This arrived in perfect condition. Obviously it is a very young plant and people should know this. The first jacaranda tree I ever saw was back in the 80's in the yard of the Key West post office and I was just in awe of it's beauty. I could not find any starters around where I live and so ordered online. I don't know if I will live long enough to see this in all it's full glory, but I will take care of it and get it in the ground when it is big enough. Please people do not order if you live in any zone north of 9, unless you are going to keep inside in a pot.

It died
I babied this plant and it never thrived. Died within a couple of weeks. It's difficult to grow, but I really spent a lot of time researching it and gave it my all. Unfortunately no luck.

Arrived healthy and green!
Definitely happy with how this Jacaranda tree arrived. Can't wait to replant and watch this grow. We will try to bonsai this one as it's to cold in the winter for these trees to survive.
