The pickle is excessively sour.
The taste is good but it is excessively sour even gor lime pickle. It needs some gur added to make it more palatable.

Sweet lemon pickle
It's very yummy. I like most because it is a sweet lime pickle. I tasted other lemon pickle but they are not sweet .
