Very well made and straight forward to use
This is a well made kit, with sturdy transmitter and receiver boxes, well identified inputs and outputs, and very clear instructions and guidelines on how to install and use. I set it up very quickly to connect a TV to my in-house SONOS speaker system, and it is working beautifully, with very good quality sound. It has been only a couple of days since I installed it, so will update this post if anything changes, but am very happy with the product so far!

Only works over short distances
Just like several others, I was unable to get these units to work over a distance longer than about 10 feet. It worked perfectly using a standard Ethernet patch cable. However, when I tried to use the Cat6 wiring in my home, the units did not pass any music. All of the in-wall cabling checks out with a cable tester, and work with any number of other devices - laptop, game console, wireless access point (PoE), network switch, VoIP phone, you name it!Support was slow - only one email response per day - and the troubleshooting didn't get much further than "Are you sure you hooked it up right?" (YES!). Don't waste your time or money on these!!

Works great!
For me the range is just 40feet, but I couldn't pass the audio in any other way than a network cable. So the connection was simple and the audio flaws.

Didn't Work as Advertised
I could only get these to work using a 25-foot cat6 patch cable. I ran 3 separate cat6 cables between my tv and my audio amplifier and couldn't get any of them to work. I install cat6 everyday in my profession and these were installed properly and tested. The PoC worked just fine on all cables but no audio except on patch cable. I replaced the units and got the same results. The phone tech support is non-existent (you get an answering machine with no call back). The email tech support is a little better but they offered no answers. I finally gave up and ordered the J-Tech units. I have used that brand before with success. Don't waste your time with these units and go with something that works reliably.

Does not function beyond 10 feet…
Like others, I found that the unit fails to transmit audio when the Cat5e cable is longer than about 10 feet. Units are properly connected and cable is professionally terminated. It’s clear the units are either not tested or simply deficient engineering. Deserves zero stars…

Works as intended, would buy again.
Worked just like the documentation said. Easy, clean install. Higher quality materials than I expected for the price.

Doesn’t work
PoE confirms the units are connected, but no audio. It’s probably only ~100 ft of cable too.
