I needed a hooded rain jacket for summer. This is perfect - nice looking, lightweight but not flimsy, roomy pockets, and it keeps me dry when I go from car to store in the rain. I used the measurements in the chart to select size and am pleased with the fit.

We needed a packable rain jacket for a trip; something that wouldn’t take up much space and provide protection from the occasional rain shower. As it turns out, this was just what we needed.The jacket comes in a pouch and doesn’t take up much room in the suitcase. Even better, it is easy to put back IN the pouch after you’re done with it! The jacket is light and suitable for a moderate downpour but I’d be looking for something different for a monsoon or for use on a motorcycle. I’m not sure how well the material would hold up in thise conditions but for walking around in the rain it did great.Sizing was very good, the tuck-away hood was convenient, and once closed up everything covered stayed dry. It is a light rain jacket so don’t expect much warmth from it; layer appropriately.

I bought this for a charter fishing trip along with the rain pants. The jacket is very light and is indeed waterproof. We got pummeled with rain. It had a comfortable fit with room for layers underneath. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is that it could be slightly longer and I'm only 5' 3". I will travel with this coat. It is a very good value.

I reviewed the other jacket like this for men, and my wife has a matching set that we took on our trip to Europe in the summer. This is an excellent and best rain coat either of us have ever had. Keeps you dry for sure, and it's light and breathable. if it heats up too much it's easy to ball up and carry without it being a drag. As long as it isn't super cold this thing right here is amazing and will keep you dry.

lightweight, has a small travel pack, pretty color

Ordered XL thinking it would fit....nope...sized about 2 sizes smaller than normal USA sizing. Returned several rain coats that did not fit. Finally found one that was marked WOMANS size....the ones I thought I ordered as adult would probably fit a 12 year old.

I love this little jacket! It is very light weight and exactly what I needed. I was out in a downpour twice today and it kept me completely dry. I ordered using the size chart and it fits very well with room for a heavy sweater under it when I need it.

I bought this to bring to Alaska as my current raincoat is bulkier than I wanted to pack. This is nice, packs down pretty small and was thicker than I thought it would be. The main test of it was the day I did an excursion where it rained the entire time- about 3 hours in the rain. While my upper body wasn’t completely dry, I stayed much drier than anticipated. I sized up in this so that it could be layered easily. I wore it with a fitted shirt, a fitted jacket and a fleece jacket underneath. I had plenty of room and probably still could’ve layered with my usual size. This turned out to be an excellent purchase, a perfect travel raincoat.4 stars are only because I did get slightly wet/damp but again, it was over a long period of time.
