It’s snell and dot
This is my second HJC helmet and I really like that the helmets are snell certified and not cheap fake China crap. It fits my head perfect and is not too heavy compared to just DOT helmets. For the price, quality, and being a snell helmet you can’t go wrong with HJC unless you don’t care what’s protecting your head when you ride.

Great Noggin Protector
This helmet probably kept me from getting a concussion. I lost power on my bike mid-turn and thwacked down hard on the right side of the back of my head. The helmet completely protected me, and I am so pleased with the product's construction. The vents and visor are easy to manage with gloves on, and I have had no difficulty with fogging once i get up to speed. I love this helmet and would definitely purchase it again.
