It’s more than what I expected

Constantly disconnects
The sound is not bad, but… If you want to use it with a Samsusng TV and not just as a bluetooth speaker, think twice. After facing the issue I investigated online and the internet is all over problem solving techniques, from unplugging and replugging cables to firmware update hard reset to dropping HDMI connection completely and use optical connection instead. None of these works, it keeps dropping the connection, sometimes in every 5 seconds, sometimes after 2-3 hours of problem free operation. This makes the product unusable, I’m returning it.

Subwoofer Never Connects
Tried hours of troubleshooting but the subwoofer fails to connect. Such an over engineered product. Simple cable connected to subwoofer would have done it but what a waste.
