Q: Is this only compatible with the BixPower battery, or can other other (similar) batteries be used with this adapter?

This power adapter works with any battery as long as battery output voltage is within range 10v ~ 30v.

Maybe not. Many different USB C chips were used in USBC power banks on market. Some are compatible with this converter, some may be not compatible with this converter.

Q: How long is the cable? I need a cable about 10 feet long for my travel trailer.

Current Input cable + Output cable total length is around 4 feet: 1 Ft input cable, 3 Ft. output cable. You can not change output cable length, but you can change input cable length by using BiXPower 6 Ft extension cable: One 6 Ft extension cable using together with input cable will make input cable total 7 Ft long, 2 of 6 Ft extension cable can combine together to make a 12 Ft. extension cable.
