Good ideas when an open mind to the possibilities
Thank you Lamar! You did a very nice informative book here. You have the right mindset to archive success in this business. This is great introduction with valuable information about section 8 rentals.

Not worth the $. Pick another book.
This book is tiny with very little information. I would choose the other books on section 8. The things in this book can be seen and learned in about 15 mins with a google search. Spend this $12 on dang near any other book in RE investing.
