I then received a replacement cable, which works great, within one business day. Highly recommended!

When it came to this product it worked well for a little while. However, I've purchased two of these now and both have shorted out within just about 5 months. They don't seem to last long and I won't be buying these replacements again.

I would have given this a 5 star review. The few months I had it were great. Initially there was good quality and great sound. It seemed like this replacement was going to work. Then, while I was playing, the mic would cut in and out. I ignored it because it seemed to not happen that much. Fast forward another few weeks. Mic would not work unless I held the cord at the connector (which is not ideal for xbox game play)It was cheap but I expected more longevity out of a simple audio cable.Edit: The company saw my review and sent me a replacement. It has worked well ever since. Must have been a fluke with the one I received. SO I moved my rating up to 4.

The cable quality and durability of it is 10/10 A+ highly recommend it

I was hoping this would prevent my cats from biting the wires. Instead the wires are kinking on themselves causing bad angles.
