I passed my boards with thisi had this from two years ago on expert consulti thought this was anew edition so i rented itit is not a new editionif you have this on expert consult why would you buy it?the book weighs more than my computer by alot.why do they even use paper any more?save the trees!this is still the best surgical text you can get.

Best surgery book there is. Complete and helpful this is n1 book for residentes and surgeons alike. Up to date technical reference on general surgery and its specializations. Recommendable.

Solid guide to surgical practice.... everyone swears by it... trying to digest it all is rough tho lol.

For a surgical textbook, Sabiston's is a surprisingly good read (as Robinson's is for Pathology)
