Does the item suitable for RV or trailers? No. It is for family cars shorter than 6m, so it WON'T work on trailers unless you use a wifi range extender. 2. Why this tire monitor wouldn't indicate pressure? If you install the sensors first before turning on the monitor, the data may not shown in time. The correct order is to turn on the LCD monitor first and then install the sensors. 3. How can I adjust the minimum/maximum tire pressure alarm settings? Why I can’t find it in the manual? We apologize for our first edition of the manual. Now we are improving it. Here is how to adjust the settings: Under the alarm setting adjust mode, you can only see two numbers shown in the screen. The left number is low tire pressure alarm number while the right number is high pressure alarm number. The device is set to a minimum of 26psi, and a maximum of 46psi originally. Press left button for 6 seconds to enter the alarm setting adjust mode. The left low pressure number will blinking, here you can press right button to adjust the number. When it reaches to your desired pressure, press left button, then you can adjust the high pressure alarm number. This time the right number will blinking, you can press the right button again to adjust. When the minimum and maximum tire pressure are all set, press left button again to quit the alarm setting adjust mode.

TPMS For The Rest Of Us
If your TPMS is a single idiot light you would be an idiot not to buy this. The head unit mounts without adhesive to the dash and stays there. No wires so looks almost factory. Very low profile and the digits are bright even in sun. PSI reading is dead on. (See photo. Yes I know the PSI's are different. That's on purpose for this review and yes my tires are 40 PSI) Alarm is effective in my testing as well.As PSI fluctuates a bit with temperature it's great to have the temp of each tire displayed even if in centigrade.I am impressed by the build quality and price. Worth every dime plus all that piece of mind.I paid my hard earned money for this product and no one gave me doodley squat for my review. Therefore I reserve the right to be biased or unbiased as I alone see fit. Now read on for extra credit if you plan to purchase.Pay Attention Class! To convert to Fahrenheit Simply multiply the Celsius temp by 1.8 and add 32.So 20c is converted (20x1.8 = 36) + 32 = 68fOrIf lazy double the Celsius temp and add 30.20c is doubled to 40 plus 30 is 70f. Close enough for most.Class dismissed.

... for several years on one truck and it's worked great. I bought this SNAN unit to give it ...
I've used another system (by Tire-Safeguard) for several years on one truck and it's worked great. I bought this SNAN unit to give it a try. I liked the idea of the solar power and the motion detected on/off. Good ideas. But unfortunately, the unit never displayed the tire pressure readings and it was impossible to have the unit "learn" the pressures in each tire. Nothing worked even after several hours of driving around and trying different measures to have it "learn" the tire pressures. Furthermore, the user manual is so poorly written in English that it is essentially useless. So, I'm returning the unit and I'll go back and buy another system from another manufacturer.

Solid purchase
I bought this item after leaving it in my cart undecided for a few weeks. The tire sensor in my car only indicates a pressure alarm, but doesn't indicate which tire or what the pressure is. I went in without the highest of expectations and so far so good. The good:The device was packaged well, was relatively easy to install, and has operated flawlessly for the last 4 months (5,000 miles +).The solar panels work well and I've only had to plug the unit it for power sporadically when driving at night. The adhesive pad has kept the device stationary and hasn't left any residue on my dashboard. The bad:I expected to have more to write here and waited for a few months of use before posting my review. The truth is I'm pleasantly surprised. The instructions could be better, the little wrench could be a bit longer, the temperature could be displayed in Fahrenheit, and the tire sensors could be a bit smaller, but if that's what I'm complaining about it means all the important stuff works well. The unknown:How well this holds up after a NJ winter. If you're on the fence, I hope this helps you. I wasn't compensated in any way for this review.

OK product, not so good support
Accuracy is ok but not exact. With 33 lbs in all tires, 2 read 33, one reads 35, and one reads 31 on the sensors. So if you're looking for exact readings for racing, try another one. But if you want one to inform you of about what the pressure is, if any are leaking, this works just fine and is good for the money. PROBLEM THOUGH - I haven't figured out how to change the battery in the sensors. They don't look like to pics in the manual. I've sent 2 emails to support, but it's obvious they don't speak English enough to reply. When a battery eventually wears out, I just hope I don't ruin a sensor trying to get them apart.

Second time is a charm
An interesting experience indeed. Product seems to be well built but after Installing the sensors and turning on the display.....nothing. After an email to Tekvilla and quick response I was informed that the display must be turned on while installing the sensors which is not in the instructions. OK, better. Now it reads OK, but only for 30 sec until it goes into sleep mode regardless of whether the car is moving or not. This might not be a terrible thing because it preserves the charge from the solar power supply, but the problem is the unit does not receive signals while in sleep mode and thus will not register any tire pressure warning unless the unit is manually turned back on. After about a week of going back and forth with Tekvilla trying to determine if the unit was faulty or was just designed this way, Tekvilla offered to send me a replacement unit to try out. Viola, the new unit stays on and seems to work fine. If you happen to get a unit that goes into sleep mode, don't worry, you can get it replaced easily as Tekvilla and Amazon both provided excellent customer support.

Like the unit. Need to correct listing.
I like the product, and would buy it again. Easy install, no wires. Includes a small dash grip mat.The display alarms are not adjustable. Per the manual, the pressure alarm is <26>46psi. The temp alarm is >70c.I really like the setup for the sleep mode. Goes to sleep after 30sec of no vibrations(times out to more like 40-45sec. And wakes up instantly when car is started. Or door is openned/closed.If the unit is shut off and parked, it took about 2.5 miles at 55mph for all 4 readings to show. It seems like the sleep mode either keeps the last reading, or updates values while sleeping.I only recieved the unit today, so if I have any issues, I will update my review.

Good Product with Poor Instructions
The instructions for installing the pressure sensors and syncing them with the readout unit were extremely poor. The unit continuously goes into sleep mode even when the car is running and driving requiring the refresh button to be pushed every few minutes. Other than that, the system appears to be working as advertised. Not having to plug in the indicator unit is a plus. The non-skip mounting pad holds the unit firmly on the dash top. I would recommend this TPMS as a good, reasonably priced add-on for older vehicles.
