Q: Does it swivel/ twist to left and right to work side of abs muscles?

Hi there, the slide pad cannot swivel left to right, but you still can use this machine to work your side abs muscles.

Q: What are the height limits to be able to use it? I’m only 4’10”.

It’s not a problem you will be fine. Height is not an issue at all.

Q: i got the offbrand coaster type but handle bar setup is the same mine wont screw why

The screws seemed the same, but when reading the directions closely, the sizes are different. Good luck!👍
