Mine didn’t work right away either but I kept trying and eventually it did

Q: Can you use on thin flat hair?

I have thin, flat, wavy hair and it really gave my hair a boost for several hours, even in the muggy heat.

Q: Does this spray in a fine mist or more of a stream?

A medium-light mist. If it streams just rinse the sprayer tip with warm water.
