Lisle 59370 Stretch Belt Remover/Installer

This tool would perhaps work perfectly on cars with more space in the engine bay. In my case however the space to work with is very tight, and this full size tool was much too wide to work. I had to saw off half the tool (the ‘remove’ part, you may not need this side of the tools anyway, as you can cut the belt off if throwing the belt away). This was very difficult to saw off, which would actually give the product bonus points for being constructed of quality materials. But after cutting it in half, the tool worked just fine

Brought this as I needed to replace the accessory belts on my 2005 Ford Fiesta which are stretch belts. Fitted this to the drive pulley, rotated it around and the belt slipped into place with no issues.

Great little gadget got the belt off with no damage in minutes.. I initially wedged it between the belt and the pully to stop it falling off before cranking pully then eased belt off .. Same for refit. Great time saver.

product is what not described on listing i was expecting product to be in the manufacturing packaging lisle tool 59370 and instead it arrives in a clear bag with a sticker on saying made in china which makes me think this is not what is advertised on listing and product has manufacturing marks on it unlike the advertised product. I really disappointed in the seller and amazon

Did what was needed the only thing I would say is don't rely on the magnetic to hold its not as strong as needed
