LOVE THIS SHAMPOO LINE
LOVE IT BUT.. WHEN I OPENED THE BOX IT WAS ALL OVER THE BOTTOM OF BOX. I HAVE NO PROBLEM RETURNING IT BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT TO SEE HOW. WHAT A MESS . THEY REPLACED IT AND IT CAME IN FINE . CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL ME HOW TO RETURN IT PLEASE.

Great for my fine thin hair.
Highly recommend for anyone with fine thin hair. Leave my hair light and weightless with zero build up. And seems to be gentle enough to use every day, as I wash every day, and so far no drying or breaking.

Product is fine, just prefer it to be IN THE BOTTLE
Sometime during transit the bottle leaked. It’s sealed in a thin plastic bag, but somehow it managed to leak out of that too and puddled up inside the shipping box until it leaked through THAT. Either the pump handle is cheaply made and doesn’t lock / is prone to turning unlocked easily, or it was never in the locked position prior to shipping, I’m not sure. But I have never had this problem with pump handled products shipping in the past. Very disappointed as it was messy and a waste of money on a product that isn’t exactly cheap. The product itself seems fine but I’d recommend purchasing it elsewhere.
