Leather Repair Cream Filler Compound for Leather Restoration Cracks Burns Holes (Brown)

If you are lucky enough that the jar doesn't get squished in it's soft bag packaging, you will love this stuff. Mine was partially squished, but was still sealed.I have a 15 year old leather couch that has light-colored lines of wear and surface cracking. The middle seat was uncomfortable because it was rough to the touch. I applied this product with the back side of a plastic spoon. I used the spoon to fill in cracks evenly and then used a hair dryer to speed the cure. My advice is that less is more. Don't over apply. The couch looks new again. This means that the treated area will look dramatically shinier than any untreated area, but will probably lose some sheen with time. Using the product in this manner will stiffen the leather a little, but again, use of the couch will soften it again. So far, I love the results. I will try and update this review in a month or so to give an over-time update.

This stuff is interesting. As another pointed out, use layers. Also, make the layers smooth. It isn't so easy to sand it down once you let it dry.It did make my heels look like new again

I used it to patch some leather shoes. My clients son scuffed his shoes up pretty bad. I sanded the surface down applied 2 light layers of the leather filler. And sanded again to get a smooth surface then painted over it with Angelus paint. And came out perfect. Can't tell it was ever a major scuff there. Highly recommend this stuff. Also works for filling it hole left from previous stitching (i.e removing a swoosh from air force 1's).

The product arrived intact, but given that if misused, it could stain our clothing, it would be helpful if it came with instructions on its use.

Excellent product but also this is a standup seller that is very responsive and supportive - couldn't be happier.

This is how the product arrived. The little bit I did get to use works great but half of the product was in the brown bag it was shipped in and arrived almost two months after I ordered it.

This sticky mess doesn’t repair anything at all. Had a small scratch in leather, used this, it did nothing other than make a sticky mess. Scratch still there, possibly even looks worse now.I don’t recommend this at all.

Utter garbage. Used it on a headrest leather crack during the winter and refinished the upholstery. It was fine at the time. Now in spring the cracks are back. This seat wasn't even used.
