I just received it today and plugged it in and got really cold in the inside

I use a car cooler for groceries mainly but also road trips. I live 30 miles from my grocery store. The first time the cooler tipped over when I was trying to unload it the single plastic strap broke and the hinge came apart and could not be put back together. Unusual for Canadian product to be cheaply made. Wouldn't buy again.

I would give it a negative rating if I could. Quality is terrible, the one I received looked like it had already been sent back. Wires hanging, dirt dirty, scratched up. Packaging was a rhin little box and ripped up. Do not recommend.

Lots of room and it keeps food cold or hot depending on how you plug it in so be careful of paying attention to this!

Doesn’t keep things as cold as I would like. I still have to pack it with the ice and cold packs to keep my food from spoiling throughout the week.

Got this item for my friend that's a truck driver and he loves it. Says it cools really well and very convient.

I had to return it. The quality of the cooler wasn’t great. The seal wasn’t great and the product was warped. They send me like a used product when I ordered it “new”. It was cheaply made.

Use it for travelling, very convenient to take your own food anywhere you go.

I bought the cooler for a trip we took to Florida.We needed a large cooler and this one is “large “ and it keeps the contents really cool.Fabulous product!!

Does the job like older models but the magnetic latch system changed and there is no handle or indent to use to open it. You have to tug on a sharp edge, quite hard, and then it suddenly opens. I've pinched my fingers. I like that it seals well, but it needs something you can grab. I would not buy it again. On the plus side, it is higher and takes large orange juice and wine bottles, which smaller versions do not. Wish it had a guard cage to prevent items from shifting over the ventilation grid.

I certainly hope this one last longer than the last one I bought. And the one before that. The only reason I continue to buy these is because there’s nothing of comparison. It’s disappointing that this one did not come with the 12v/ 110 converter and was an additional cost over and above the coolers already hefty price tag. They seem to work well for a year or two and then lose the ability to get cold. Even after pulling them apart, dusting them and ensuring everything is good for some reason they stop getting cold.

The lid strap already broke off, because it's made of cheap plastic, so the lid will fall of everytime i pop it openWhen it's time to clean the inside, i get multiple cuts on my hands because of the sharp edges on every parts jointsCan't adjust the temperature, it's either hot or cold, and the motor can't cool the whole thing the second you fill more than half the cooler - kinda beats the point of buying a big cooler when it can't handle it designed capacityDon't recommend anybody to buy it
