What I need with my lifestyle
As a vegan-ish eater, I really like this vitamin to get me some of the nutrients I'm missing when I don't eat as well. The capsules are easy to take and I enjoy the initial lemony flavor.

The best I’ve found thus far
Here's a sample review:"I've been taking this multivitamin for a few months now, and I can honestly say I feel more energized and balanced overall. The formula seems to support my immune system, and I haven't gotten sick as often. It's easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any side effects. Highly recommend for anyone looking to fill nutritional gaps in their diet!"

Glad this focuses on what vegans need - seal brown though…
Good taste, smell, no stomach issues! I’m glad the maker focuses on vitamins most likely missed by vegans, instead of everything possible - thank you!!One complaint was that seal on the glass container was broken, considering the pills are of rather organic (mildly fresh and wet) in nature.

My favorite multi-vitamins
These vitamins are honestly some of the best I’ve ever tried! One thing I’ve always struggled with is that chalky aftertaste a lot of vitamins leave behind—but not with these. They go down smoothly and don’t leave any weird taste in your mouth, which is such a relief. They’re also the perfect size—easy to swallow without feeling like you're choking on a huge pill. I take them daily with no issues at all, and they’ve quickly become a seamless part of my routine. It’s nice to finally find a vitamin that’s effective and pleasant to take.If you’ve been avoiding vitamins because of the taste or texture, give these a try. Total game-changer!

Great product
I love these multivitamins and they have really helped me to find balance in my body- especially with my mental health.I do not however understand why it’s costs MORE to buy the refill pack than it does to buy the glass bottle. Makes no sense at all!

Worth trying it out
Honestly I love them. I’ve been vegan since January 2016. For a while I was very strict about my diet meeting the right nutrients and taking supplements. Well I got lazy in 2020 and that’s when I noticed I started experiencing what felt like existentialist anxiety? Going to the gym does help with this but before ruling out that it’s my vegan diet causing this I figured I would try picking up supplements again. I expected to not notice/feel anything different until after consuming one bottles worth but probably within a week I don’t feel as tired or anxious as I usually was. It may be placebo it may be I was lacking these vitamins. Whatever it is, I’m going to continue these. The smell and taste is not awful, I don’t know why people are bothered by it. It smells like lemon, if I don’t want the taste I drink a seltzer water after, no big deal. Also mine were not stuck together or leaking, this has to do how these are handled by the shipper and the weather of where someone is located. I’m located in a colder region where they are not going to bake in the sun waiting on my porch

Heartburn, increased LDL, fishy smell - will not be buying again.
Pros: the ingredients, and the binder used. I was initially super excited to use this because I thought it had a relatively "safe" ingredient profileCons: the MCT oil in this (1) caused lots of heartburn for me (and friends who tried it after me to see if I was unfairly attributing it to this product - though I'm not sure if it's the MCT oil or the spirulina in this causing the heartburn/reflux) (2) increased my LDL! Despite me losing weight on a whole food plant based diet that is low in saturated fat! I went online and found quite a few people describing that MCT oil (in general, not this specific product) rose their LDLs (3) it has a very fishy/lemon-y odour, I think from the spirulina? Either way, not a fan of this smell, it makes me nauseous. (4) You can't return even unopened bottles of this (e.g. if you order two with the promo they have and don't like it, you can't return the second unopened bottle). I definitely do NOT recommend this to anyone. Now my search for a vegan multivitamin without weird additives/preservatives/emulsifiers continues :(
