Regularity support
I am on day 4 of this product. I switched from a different brand with similar ingredients and claims. I have severe 💩 issues after colon resection surgery. I am day 4 regular!!!! No pain no bloating. It is definitely helping with sleep quality. A little more undisolved grit than the other product but I will take that if this continues to deliver daily regularity....priceless 😀

Great for sleep!
Great product! I usually take a magnesium pill every night to aid in my sleep, but this product worked so much better! I slept so well, slept through the night, and didn't wake up drowsy. The taste is fairly tart so something to keep in mind, but it doesn't taste bad. Overall, I recommend.

This is a great product. It’s the only thing that has helped me to sleep in perimenopause. Unfortunately the new package is 1.2 oz less for a couple dollars more. Now one package won’t even last a month. I am really disappointed. I know costs fluctuate but at least give us a 30 day supply.

Kept me awake and running to the bathroom!
I bought this hoping for a natural sleep aid after a stressful family event, but it did the exact opposite. I went from getting a rough 4 to 5 hours of sleep to absolutely zero. It kept me wired all night, feeling like I had just downed a cup of coffee. To make matters worse, it acted like a diuretic, keeping me up every single hour running to the bathroom. I wanted this to work so badly that I gave it a chance over four separate nights, but I got the same miserable result every time. Hard pass.
