I initially purchased this and had it professionally installed. It worked great for a week. Then I lost the AC function. My ac was operating I just had no controls. So I filed to return and replace.I paid more money to have it removed and have yet another reinstalled. Here I am a week later and yet again it’s not working.Customer support is poorUnit is junk!Do not buy this!

I wasn't paying attention to the make when I ordered this and it won't fit my 2015 Terrain. It does look to be a nice system and it looks like all the parts are there. That's all I can honestly say about it.

The media could not be loaded. Pretty awesome device. However mine came with 0 instructions and pretty much had to figure out out on the fly. Only thing I think could be better is being able to minimize the screen when on a call to continue seeing for instance the gps guidance. I encountered the hvac problem others had and I had to pull the fuse for the hvac module twice and it worked again. The time keeps going back to AM. Every time I fix it and turn on car play or wifi it switches back to AM.

Worked for a week then the a/c unit stopped working

This product does not come with much instructions. It does not support the factory rear view camera. It is way too bright even when it’s dimmed to the lowest level. The sound quality is very poor.

Backup camera doesn't work with OEM. Bluetooth audio is that of a styrofoam cup.

The radio sound is terrible, I was disappointed in the sound quality.
