I have a 14 foot trailer and a short bed pickup truck. I use this to magnetically attach when I am backing my old truck up to hitch it to the trailer, remove it for the trip, and when on-site I put it on the back of my trailer to back into the spot. It works a treat! Does just what I want it to do.The magnet makes for easy attaching and removing, and means you can move it to where you need it. I found it super easy to pair to my phone and am pleased with its performance so far. I haven't tried it at night.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Now I can mount this camera(by magnet) to any of my trailers, flip on the app from my phone, and get the ball just where it needs to go. No more getting out of the truck 5 times to get it hitched.

I place the camera on the bumper of my gen 1 Tacoma, open the app on my cell phone, (it always connects quickly), then put the phone in the holder on my dash and back up easily and accurately to the trailer hitch.Sometimes there is a very slight lag on the video. I think this is due to weak cell signal where I hitch up at home. It has only happened at home where it is a known weak signal area. Therefore, I don’t blame the unit, I only mention it because, of course, a cell signal is needed for this system to work.Tip: paint your trailer coupler white, it’ll be much easier to see on the phone screen.

Do not buy this camera. The first few months it was great and worked so well. Now I can't get it to turn on. I charged it overnight, there is no place to ask for help. Nothing is working and I am very disappointed.

Will not beep. Works with my older iPad and all my androids. It will not auto connect.

I use this camera to hook up my gooseneck trailer and I can line up first time every time. Then I can remove it and put it in my trailer to view the horses while trucking. I can then remove it to back up into my spot. I recommend this camera because of the easy program, the picture is very clear even at night and it’s priced right. All the places I was getting quotes from were $400 to $600 for two cameras; one for the bed of my truck and one on the back of my horse trailer. I can also use it attached to my trailer to view the horses at night while camping. I don’t have to get out of bed to make sure they are settled. You won’t be sorry with your purchase, I promise.

Initial review......Used for the first time this weekend for my gooseneck trailer. The image was clear...haven't used at night yet. I hope to use it inside my horse trailer to monitor the horses as we travel. I really like the guide lines display. Didn't have any issues with the app connecting and staying connected. Would probably purchase again.
