The value of this product in my house is huge. Not only is it effective for my arthritis aches and pains, but it is great for rashes, bug bites, and skin irritations. I love that I don’t need to pop a pill for aches and pains relief.

This is so helpful for so many kinds of bangs and bruises. I have used it most recently for recovering from a bad fall on a coral reef where I had scratches, gashes and bruises in many parts of my body. Together with the oral arnica, the gel was effective to stop the burning sensation, the tenderness, and the incredible itchiness that came during the healing process, particularly at night when cortisol levels rise and itchiness increases.I prefer the aluminum packaging to the plastic, hence the 4 stars vs 5.

I have bad knees and alot of knee pain. I read all the reviews prior to my purchase based on comments. After trying the gel it did ease some pain for a short time but I had to put alot on a few times. To me for my issue it wasn't worth it.

Fall or hit yourself and see a bruise coming, put arnica on it and it's gone in a couple of days.
