Amazing product, worthy to buy
The media could not be loaded. Product is of very good quality, comes with multiple features when compared to a simple steam mop. Go for it people, you will be amazed.

Who put two different sized pins in the product?
Buyer beware the product had two different sized pins, which made plugging the product to the electrical socket a challenge.My compliments to the engineer which came with the design. Also, much needs to be appreciated regarding the non existent customer service of the vendor which is totally incapable of replacing the product and making things right and experiencing some level of job satisfaction by doing so.

Stem mop machine gives loud noise and eventually stopped working after 2 months of intermittent use. Did not receive any support form the supplier though it is under warranty. very bad experience. not advise to buy this.

Useless for Indian Customers
Anyone looking to buy this in India shouldKnow it’s 110v the converter suggest by the seller doens't work with the products so you will have to purchase a step down convortor for 2000w which will cost you another 6000 and there is no after sale service in India for this! I waited for 45days to get out when it finally arrived it wasn’t working even when I had bought the converter ahead of time plugged it in but didn’t work couldn’t put into directly as it would have fried up the products and no replacement option also available as the product is imported from USA so if you want to buy a steam mop for Indian use choose one that supports direct power usage as per Indian standards.

Does a very good job
Great steam mop but you will need a step down inverter for the 110V power as from USA. Get a step down inverter that is 2000 watt. Nothing less. Otherwise doesn't work well. Otherwise great. We got this one because of the small attachment that can be used for cars, carpets etc. Great addition.
