Oops
Unfortunately, I bought the wrong thing. It cannot be used in the basement or below grade. That is exactly what I needed it for so I returned it. That process was very easy.

Bad Stuff
I had a very small area to level, which is why I bought a small bag. The instructions say to mix 1 part water to 4 parts mix. If you mix it like that, you won't be able to use it. Mixing according to the directions gives you an extremely dry clay that is useless. It should be mixed with at least 1 part water to 2 cups mix, maybe even thinner. We did not mix it with an electric mixer because we don't pour much concrete. But we did mix it by hand with a kitchen whisk until all the lumps were gone. It does not self-level. All we did was make a mess. Do not recommend.

NOT self-leveling!
This is a patching compound - it fills in gaps and cracks in otherwise level surfaces, and as such works the same as any other I've used. Sets up very quickly, so only mix what you can use in 10 min. You need something to establish level or to scrape against (like you would with any other patch)- will NOT flow to the lowest point to fill in a shallow, wide depression to bring it level with the surrounding floor. Needs to be cleaned up quickly, or scraped off a nonporous once hardened. While still wet will need to be rinsed off surfaces with a lot of water, or dries to a white haze of powder.

This really worked well
I put down a floor in a travel trailer and used this to fill in the places where the plywood didn't fit exactly. Worked like a charm !

Filled holes in a shed subfloor!
The mixing ratio was wrong . 4 to 1 power to water too dry. 4 to 2 ratio better. Mix slowly to get all lumps out of mixture.

not what I expected, pain in the butt
this item mixes well with a mixer not by hand. I added a little extra water to make it workable seem smooth until you apply it, it don't smooth out. after a few minutes it is un level able. super hard to sand an creates a ton of dust. if I was to go back I'd buy one that is self leveling. wasted money
