B1340020S - Goodman OEM Replacement Furnace Blower Motor 1/2 HP

My furnace is 30 years old. it was down during the extreme cold climate this winter. Checked many suppliers on website. all the shops charged me 200 buck for 2 -day deliver (arrive on Friday...), 50 buck for 3-day deliver. this motor is free on deliver and promised to arrive in 2 days! i ordered on Tuesday night, guess what? on Wednesday it was already shipped in Amazon facility! On Thursday morning, it arrived at my house at around 11 AM!! Love Amazon, super fast! super efficient! feel like i was back to China(if you were in China, you will know what is a real logistic system). installed the motor, it is 120V, same as my old one, the shaft is bit longer. works perfect!!!

This was a perfect drop in replacement for the blower motor on my Goodman GMT09-04A. Installation was easy enough for a homeowner to do.It even arrived two days faster than the shipping estimate, a very pleasant surprise when your heat is out in February!

If you need a new motor for Goodman this works great. Took a very long time to ship though. If it is zero out and you need this part quickly remember it'll take about 1 week to get.

This blower motor has been in service for several months now with no problems. The price was right and installation was easy. I would recommend the item but check carefully that is the correct motor for your furnace. This is 110v and not 220v and has attached mounting hardware to fit only the furnaces it was designed for,

Replacement blower motor has 16-18 gauge wire leads about half the size (12-14) on original motor that was 22 years in use, but was an easy install and new motor spooled up to proper speed without hesitating, and is working good. I have real concerns with the smaller wires degrading, leading to a much shorter life-span, be happy if it gets even 2-5 years of service, compared to the original GE Motor 22+ years for an extra $100. time will tell… but know that it usually pays to go 1st class on equipment that’s expected to last for several generations

Was not Amana, it was U.S. Motor. This one also happened to be defective.
