I have tried almost all of the flavors of Outwork's Recovery product, and they're all good. My favorites are Gummy Bear Burst and Iced Tea, but I think Iced Tea is my new favorite! The quality of the ingredients can't be beat, and I love knowing that I am getting purchasing from a company that I can trust.

Before I was only taking creatine, but combining it with the other ingredients that stimulate recovery from a scientific standpoint has been a game changer - I can feel how my body has been able to rest more efficiently and get rid of fatigue accumulating between the workouts. Now I can push it even more in martial arts and surfing without feeling like I’m going to fall apart from being exhausted. Definitely recommend!

I really love what Outwork Nutrition is doing with this product. With the market having so many different kinda workout supplements out there it can get very confusing. I love the simple science back formula. With just everything you need for a post workout. Simple and to the point. No BS. I only have two complaints. One It's too expensive for only 20 serving and two it doesn't mix well. So I might be going back to Jyms post-workout formula it cost the same and has 30 servings

The media could not be loaded. I was excited to finally get this supplement. Once I opened it it was already halfway gone. Now they're starting to do what Hot Cheetos did put in air in their bags. Like what the heck you guys can't really be this cheap. Give the people what they pay for. I'm very disappointed.

It’s hard to judge how well this works because it’s so hard to swallow. It tastes like the weight gain powder I used in the 80s. Baby aspirin mixed with chalk and I had to cut it with Gatorade powder just to get that far. Hard pass. Update: After I posted my review the company contacted me and offered a full refund. They stand by their product so I’ll be trying some of their other post-workout drinks.

One of my favorite products from Outwork! The green apple is definitely my favorite flavor! Awesome ingredients that support my recovery from intense training sessions. You can't go wrong with Outwork Nutrition!

I have been taking Biolaynes recovery for months. I see a lot of negative reviews because of taste, mix-ability, and that it’s not a gummy. Personally the flavor is great, the mix-ability is irrelevant to the quality and results of the supplement, and no where on the label does it say it’s a gummy. The nutrition label says scoop so one might assume it’s powder.Now the recovery itself is amazing. I take it daily and even add a dash bit more of Creatine and electrolytes because I’m 225lbs and one could argue I need a bit more. I take it closer to bedtime but always post workout. I feel relaxed, ready for great sleep, less sore in the morning, and ready to train the next day.I’ve listened to Layne on a number of podcasts, videos, and have even run into him at the gym a couple of times. He’s highly educated and doesn’t care for BS, someone who cares about his customers and values data driven performance. He’s not only a guy you can trust but a brand you can believe in and support. I know what I’m getting when I buy outwork nutrition and I know it’s backed by data, science, and it’s worth every penny. Outwork nutrition is a company that has earned my trust, kept my trust, and I will continue to support it.If the price point is to high for you then go buy some knock off recovery where it’s blended with BCAA’s that do nothing for you. Personally if there is one supplement I have to have it’s this one.
