My hubs has always worn the Hanes Comfort Waistband boxer briefs. Recently, they changed their design and have greatly disappointed many of their long time customers. I was so happy to find another boxer brief brand that has a covered waistband! And they fit like how the Hanes brand USED to fit!

I've worn these just a couple of days, but here's the good and the bad:Good* Fit as expected* Nothing gaps, nothing gets uncovered* Seems to be reasonably well made though the material is on the light sideBad* Warmer than expected. I wouldn't wear these in hot weather; they're warm enough with it in the 70s.* Who thought seams on the seat were a good idea? You do get used to them, though.

As others have noted, these are EXACTLY like what the Hanes comfort waistband type boxer briefs used to be BEFORE they changed their design/manufacturer. They fit correctly for their listed size (the new version of the Hanes briefs run a full size small), they're SUPER comfortable, and they last a long time. Nothing at all to dislike ... except the fact that I can't get a set of 5 all in black.Weird thing of note, for whatever reason, the light gray ones seem to fit just a tiny bit more snug than the black ones. Dunno if the dye in the black ones makes the material relax more or something, but there's a definite difference in fitment from one color to the next. Still fits correctly, just ... differently.

I was always a Hane's guy until they terribly downgraded the quality and fit of their cotton waist band boxer briefs. Classic example of ruining a good thing to save costs.Found these and decided to give them a try since I know the brand and they looked very similar to my old style Hanes.Am very happy in every way with the fit, style, price and quality of these briefs.Looks like Hane's loss is Gildan's gain.
