When you do not need it, you can fold it to the smallest size just lying in the car or any where. When you want carry it as a hand bag or a shoulder bag, you can fold it to the middle size. Q: How do you fold the trolley into like a bag? I can only zip half way and it looks weird

You should be able zip the bag all the way around and it will form like a tote
