I was recommended collagen type 2 by my surgeon. I had a major surgery and during physio I tweaked my left knee and it used to hurt really bad. So bad that if the pain starts in the middle of the night it would wake me up from my sleep. I was recommended to take these for 6 months and it has really helped in reducing the pain drastically. I would recommend it for everyone. Please consult an orthopedic doctor with regards to the duration.

It is very easy to take. Earlier I used to have pain in my back. Due to less distance between the joints in my spine, I used to have pain in my back. After taking this my back pain is cured.

I haven’t even used this product and I’m already disappointed. I was shocked when I opened the multiple layers of the massive sized packaging (outer carton, inner carton, after-sales service card, disinfection info card, authentication card, promo card, shrink wrapping, bottle with label) only to find that the 30 capsules inside can LITERALLY cover the bottom of the bottle in a SINGLE LAYER! 95% of the bottle is air!I mean what is the purpose of SO MUCH and LARGE packaging!!! Do they not care about the environment? On one hand we are fighting everyday to save our planet and then come along companies like these who spend (read: waste) so many resources, paper, plastic, warehouse and logistics space, etc.Do these companies think they can fool us by creating GIANT packaging so that we feel better about buying a relatively expensive product? This is tosh, I’ll prefer to buy products from organizations that are even a little environmentally responsible and conscious.As for the product, I’m so annoyed I haven’t even tried it yet, I feel like if I have these capsules I’ll be partaking in the murder of the planet. I can’t take a product that has more air than even chips packets. That’s all.Oh, and another thing...the seal on the bottle was so tight, it felt almost like it was welded on. I could actually feel my arthritis progressing as i was trying to open it. Did not feel like it was appropriate for arthritic patients.

Healthy Hey as a brand itself is very promising, i have been using it's Milk Thistle and is love with the product. This product has been a wonder too, my mother's joint pain is completely gone. Also there packing is very nice. Thanks Healthy Hey

very big bottle for very small capsules

Should have respected the previews reviews. The mini capsules use up less than 10% of the container. Such an unnecessary waste of plastic! Won't be buying these again. Not sure how effective the product is going to be either. Time will tell.
