You won’t even realize how well it works until your ready to take it off. Works very well and would recommend it. Although make sure to stay hydrated! Because you’ll sweat a lot!

I am 6’3 315 pounds. I ordered the 4X. It fits but I do wish the pants were a tiny bit bigger. Once you get in the suit the pants fit perfectly but after the heat kicks in they get tight. I did 20 minutes on the stairmaster & was drenched!!!! The gym floors were so messy. I think the suits need better ways to hold the sweat in
