Very nice condition, well packed. Updated windows fine, touch screen works fine, light enough and sound is very good for a laptop.

Well, I received a very clean like new laptop. It appeared to be in like new condition. I just couldnt get it to turn on! I called customer service and the hooked me up with tech support and they very helpfully assisted me in finding the power button (I thought the fingerprint reader was the power button🤪) The computer updated its brains and things were going great until I discovered that 4 of the keyboard buttons didn't work. I uninstalled the keyboard drivers, restarted, etcetera to no avail. I called customer service again and with no issues was able to secure a prepaid shipping label and a guarantee of a replacement. Sad the computer had some issues, but it was odd keys, so I don't fault them for the miss as I knew it was a refurbished unit. I would buy from them again.

Computer bought August 2023, (90 day free return is up). A few days ago evidently a few locking tabs broke as case is beginning to separate. Logging into Asurion is a chore, every time you click continue, it sends a new code. Hopefully that isn't their way of getting us to give up, and I hope case separation is covered.

It's one of the best laptops I ever had. Light, versatile and good looking, touch screen, camera compatible with Windows Hello biometric login. Excellent for almost any work from home or office activity and light enough to take with you on any road trip.I'm a technology executive and for many years having toggled between Macs and PCs and I can attest that using this HP for my needs is better than using MacBookPro and the build is even better. I've used this machine for two years already and just bought another one as a gift for a friend as it's still got quite a bit of juice and time left in it and the price is just right at this point in time.

Current Review (will update after I hear ba k from seller) I bought three laptops at one time that were renewed, they arrived quickly and on time. But all three had some kind of dirt debris Inside the Box on top of the laptops . All three laptops had some degree of damage that surpasses the ads acceptable amount of damage which states under sectio..."What Should I Expect to Receive...Amazon Renewed...what Condition?""Amazon renewed products will be clean and will have minimal to no signs of wear for Visible cosmetic imperfection when held at an arm's length."All laptops had scratches, scuffs, and the gray had bubbles in it that were not able to be smoothed out . Note the photo of the bubbles was taken after I moved it out which improved it 50% . It also arrived in a brown generic box that had a sticker of the computers model and serial number. The dirt debris inside the box was definitely off putting, but I was willing to let that go until I saw the damage (which ALL THREE LAPTOPS HAD, some were worse then others) if you count the 4yr warranty that was $109, $495 laptop, ans tax I paid $648 per laptop x 3, so id like to have one not dirty or looks like a cat the tactic with his clawsI just sent a message to the seller (date sent 2-27-21) So I will update this review once I hear back.

I have had the computer about a month. I bought it because a work program would only run on a windows computer and I own a Macbook. The computer was easy to set up. I am on and off of it all day and the battery lasts for the day. I charge it each day. The computer is fast. I needed Internet Explorer and it has edge. I had to go into settings to stop Edge from automatically taking over. I am happy with the computer overall.

Had to return this. Found out when it arrived, the "BackSpace" key did not work. As we all know, this is an essential key. Returned it for a refund. I guess that is the risk of "refurbished." Was awesome until I found this out.

I've owned many laptops over my lifetime. While different manufacturers may vary in the overall product features, quality and value for each of their products; I've found the HP X360 line a very solid performer and very reliable. The latest purchase of the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Notebook is no exception. In fact, the under $600 price tag is exceptional in my opinion.
