Q: Is Bluetooth always activated or are you able to turn it off?

you can turn it off by going into the adjustment menu and turning on airplane mode which turns off wireless communication, which is bluetooth.

Q: Can you have multiple tide locations? Could I see my local tide and then see another tide station at different beach?

You can set two locations under the app on the phone, but only have one on the watch.

Q: Can it fit a smaller wrist of women?

It did not fit mine. I am around 110.

Q: I want to replace the band. What is the replacement band size?

Not sure but it says 20 millimeters in the watch description
