WONDERFUL Fire Table!! Ordered & delivered within 4/days! plus Seller sent email thanking me, along with links to videos as help setup/use. We had NO Issues: box sent via FedEx (in good shape, very well packed), no issues with parts, assembled with 20-30 min (2 ppl) using video was best guide. Color slate gray is perfect to match our other patio furniture, glass table top, heavy but adds stability to table, which is perfect patio size. So happy to have glass wind guard as when flame on high does “bend” towards direction so guard is great protection, GOOD heat output. I couldn’t be more PLEASED with EVERYTHING! Price very reasonable even though I had to pay discounted shipping. I saw comparable table (different name & company) $250 more, no way! Highly recommend!

I felt a great sense of anticipation upon the arrival of this table. After visiting a physical store without success, I turned to online shopping in search of a table that would harmonize with my outdoor furniture. When the table was delivered, I was delighted to find that it perfectly matched my expectations. The assembly instructions were straightforward, and the assembly process itself was exceptionally effortless. The quality of the material and the color exceeded my expectations. While we initially encountered an issue with missing beads, the seller's team promptly and effectively addressed the matter by promptly shipping the missing items. Their exceptional responsiveness was truly commendable. Highly recommended! You won't regret it, I promise!The fire is right now on the lowest setting as it is still hot out here. LOVE IT!

Giving this a 4 out of 5, I have not started it yet but after the initial build I am very pleased with the quality and look of the table. Only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is 2 minor manufacturing issues. 2 of the screws holding the tabletop would not screw in all the way even with a powerful Drill. Additionally, the metal cover was slightly dented with the knob attaches, the screw was the same size as the opening so you could pull the knob off, again not that big of deal as I used a longer/bigger screw with a lock washer to hold the knob in place.Very pleased with the seller and delivery was faster than expected. Would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

Easy to put together, no surprises. It also lit up on the first try. We are in the Northeast so are thinking this will extend our deck season as it does put out heat on the higher settings. Very pleased.

Watch the videos sent to you to understand how to assemble it correctly. The written instructions are less good. SUPERB customer service from Carol. My glass came with a small chip on the inside edge and Carol had a replacement piece sent to me quickly and well packed. The one draw back is that if you want Natural Gas, the parts to convert it are not easily available (yet-hopefully soon). After explaining that these specific supplies are not easily available online or at a store, Carol had them sent to me. I'd suggest the manufacturer either include them or make them easily available. So far running on propane but do plan to convert it once we validate placement for the gas line.

Great table, and sure great with propane, but bought as advertised easy conversion kit to natural. Can not unscrew fittings, have locktight or something. Need to set up at factory for natural gas!

Although I was a bit disappointed to find that the parts to convert to natural gas were not included, I was delighted by the level of customer support provided promptly and cheerfully to provide the parts and instructions required in a timely manner. If you are planning to use with natural gas, you may want to contact customer support at the time of your order.I also found that the design and quality of the product exceed my initial expectations. The outstanding level of customer support is a very important factor in my high level of satisfaction with this purchase.
