Overall great value
I've been riding with this helmet for probably a year now, and a few thousand miles on my SV. Overall the helmet is good and at first I really liked it but after riding for a while I have noticed a few things. Let me start by saying I have also purchased the tinted/blacked out visor which I highly recommend, as well as the chin guard that keeps the wind out. The chin guard actually does a lot in the cooler months and I would recommend using it if you ride in sub 60 weather. Recently I have really noticed that the helmet lets a good amount of air in even with all the vents closed and using the chin guard. Also, there is a whistling sometimes although you can usually move the visor around and it goes away. Also the visor slowly moves up just a little, and you have to push it back down as to not let in as much wind. This mostly happens when you look right or left since I think the wind catches the visor and lifts it just a little. Overall , these are small annoyances that will eventually cause me to upgrade, but for a lower end helmet it is great and very comfortable.

Best value for Snell approved helmet
Today I had a ~20mph crash, thrown over the bars and rolled a few times. I didn't even realize my head touched the ground at all until I took the helmet off and saw it was scraped up. Did its job and well, I didn't feel anything. Prevented any head injuries but for the most minor of headaches considering the circumstances.Decently comfortable otherwise, though wind noise can get excessive on the highway. Usually can't have a phone call through my Sena when on the highway even with volume on max. The cutouts for the speakers for the Sena aren't quite large enough and sometimes the speakers get irritating through the padding. Also, the eyebrow vents seem to be open regardless, or, the gap between the visor the helmet comes with and the body of the helmet itself is rather large with the visor closed completely.Minor complaints for the price and benefit. Probably will soon be buying a replacement of the same brand, most likely of a similar model.

Glad I bought.
Praise be to GOD that I have not tested this product. However, I do feel safe with the Helmet, it still fits very well after (500 miles, rough guesstimate) The airflow is good enough that the shield will stop fogging while moving (Pensacola, Florida; super humid). It is rated SNELL and if I could find one complaint it would be that if you carry the helmet by the strap, please make sure that it is buttoned, it slipped out of the bracket once, so while riding, please make sure that the strap is buttoned. Also, please take into account that I am a new rider. I cannot compare to a another brand, with that being said, I had a 30 min ride to destination (A), then a 45 min ride to destination (B), then a 45 min ride to the house with in the span of 3 hours. No neck fatigue or soreness.

Noisy and Small...
I have another HJC helmet and ride to work daily. Old helmet 10 years old and size Large. Old helmet is super comfy and quiet. So time to get a new one. Get this helmet in XLarge to make it even more comfy and get a new modern non scratched helmet. It's time. First time I ride it fits super small - my cheeks are sticking out of the eye hole. Then I get to 30 mph and it sounds like a typhoon going off inside. By 70 mph I'm like in the movie twister. Waiting to see cows. I call HJC and they say every style of helmet sizing changes. And for visor noise to try another visor which I have at home so I do that. And no help. Also when on freeway if I cover the part of helmet where visor/shield mounts to helmet the noise stops. That's where noise comes from. Not due to vents being open etc... I tried test with all vents open and closed. So if you buy this helmet I'd go an extra size bigger and be prepared for a really distracting sucking noise the whole time you're above 30mph.Returned it today. :(

Great helmet, poor sizing chart.
This is an uncommonly good value in a motorcycle helmet, particularly considering that it meets/exceeds both DOT and SNELL standards. The sizing chart needs some attention. I ordered a large based on the chart, and gave it to my wife. I'm happy with the snug XL but I only have a 20-minute, 6.5 mile commute each way. For long trips I think I'll experiment with padding to make it the equivalent of a 2XL . It's very easy to swap visors. I like the ventilation. I haven't been faster than 50mph (and that was only briefly), but no noise issues; but my BMW has an awesome windscreen. I immediately remove all stickers from every vehicle I own, so can't speak to one reviewer who complained about the sticker not lasting.

Great helmet
Very nice helmet for the price, especially being Snell approved. Mine is a little tight on my cheek bones. Didnt find the wind noise to be terrible like some have.

Works well
Works well. Sounds a lot quieter than my 3/4th helmet but cant compare to another full helmet. Looks nice. Fits well.
