Great quality!
My last one seized up and would not unlock. I had to cut it off with a cutting wheel. This one was a cover over the key hole and rubber o-rings that prevent water from freely getting into the lock mechanism.

I'd add couple more rubber rings, but, in overall, good quality for the money, easy to install, lock & use.

Sturdy and solid
My hitch lock arrived yesterday, it's solid (heavy) and sturdy. My new ball hitch arrived today, the hitch lock glides in with no problems, fits perfectly, and no issues with the key/lock. Hope to use for years to come.

Easy of use
We liked that it came with rubber rings so it's a tight fit and no slack to slide around. Also the keys, as they are different from what we have. Perfect fit.
