Great replacement
This is a great value for money replacement remote for my well used Avital remote starter in my car. It paired up as expected, following the instructions provided without issues. The buttons all function well and the range is exceptional. I'm happy to recommend this product.

Glad they're readily available
I have a 2012 Tucson that I purchased used 5 years ago. My primary remote wore out and would no longer lock the vehicle, even with new battery. No idea what alarm system was originally installed on vehicle, I did an internet search on the brand name printed on the remote. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are readily available and are identified merely by the number of buttons on the remote rather than vague or obscured model numbers or serial numbers. Very simple to pick out what I needed and to order. My issue was with their enclosed instructions and lack of detail. When programming the new remote to your vehicle they say to "Press and release the Program switch once" ....What is not instructed is that the Program switch is NOT a button on the remote (which I assumed it was because the rest of the instructions are using the remote buttons) ... After several attempts, trying various buttons on the remote, I could not find this Programming button, so I went to Youtube. The first hit on my search came up successful with an instructional on how to program this remote , posted by a non-company related Youtuber. It told me that this Programming swith is not on the remote but is hidden inside the vehicle somewhere! VERY DISAPPOINTED that the instructions that came with the remote did not make this clear. Seeing that this video was posted 6 years ago , is a very popular search even today, that the company would have updated their instructions to make this point clear.Once I learned this, and was able to locate this switch's whereabouts in my vehicle, programming my new remote was quick and easy and it works great.I did not call their Tech Support (always the last resort) thinking it had to be something simple and hopefully Youtube would help me. And it did.I recommend the product, I just wish they'd update their instructions to be more clear.

works as advertised
I have a 7143L : Instructions:Step 1: Put car into 'ON' position. Door open.Step 2: Press the black button [once fast, then Long Press]. (horn beeps) Keep holding for step 3.Step 3. While the Black button is still being held, Press the lock button one time. (on the remote you desire to program)If the Horn beeps. Your done. Turn off the car and test.Notes: The 'valet button' or the 'control button' is sometimes also called the 'blue button' or 'black button' (sometimes its installed under the steering column, sometimes next to the fuse box, and in some cases can be found under the hood on the 'alarm brain'. Usually you'll see a clear box looks like a fuse housing, and its a two-wire cable that has a 'blue and white' or 'blue and orange wire', that might lead you to the black button.)The 'program button' on your remote is like pressing [Lock+Unlock], I have not found another combination of long press of any other buttons that work to envoke program mode.Side note: The 7143L is like 15 bucks cheaper. works just the same as the 7352, its smaller lighter and the watch battery it uses lasts wayyyyy longer... perfect spare.Other instructions online state to press the black button 5 times, or even 8 times in a row then hold.I have not had to do this. And may be for other models or for multiple remote pairing?
