Seems good to me
I bought one of these creepers about 3 weeks ago and just purchased a second one, I am a shop / Mobile mechanic I am keeping one on my service truck and one in the shop,It seems like any of the high-dollar creepers to me except for one thing that I like best about this one is it does not grab the air hoses when you run over them and then not let him go and make you have to get off and lift up the creeper to get off the air hose, some people say no way could it be a Snap-On creeper because it is missing screws on the bottom that hold the backboard on and because the end caps pop off the ends of the frame rails, the end caps have only ever lasted me on any creeper for about a week, mostly snap on.Between me and the other mechanics at my work we have about six or seven snap-on creepers and all of them came brand new with missing screws on the bottom, in other words there are holes in the frame on all the snap-on creepers and they did not fill all the holes with screws in the same exact spots as this Williams creeper, I think over the years they realize they did not have to use screws in every hole so instead of setting up jigs in there factory to not drill holes they still just drill them even though they're not going to be used,25 yr big rig mech that weighs 180 pounds.... So far the the creper seems good to me, even if the wheels fall apart in a short time ( I will just deal with getting new Wheels)it is still worth it for me to have the style of frame that does not grab the air hose, that air hose grabbing thing with the newer style frame that snap on has really pisses me off. After all that good talk here is a big time con, if you get one do not let it get wet because the backboard will disintegrate, it is particle board, one of my creepers is now sitting to be used as a spare parts creeper because it got wet and the backboard is ruined.

Great value
This product is a lot like a Snap On creeper, so much so that the one I received had Snap On casters. It does cut some corners and the plastic plugs fall out easily. I tried to order a Snap On creeper first and it was almost $250. I am a professional heavy duty truck mechanic with my own business and use this daily. They appeared to use a very similar frame, the board may be lower quality and the pad seems acceptable. It doesn't use all of the screw holes in the frame and likely doesn't the inserts so it will likely have a shorter life but for the money I'd rather have a new one sooner.

Really comfortable
Most comfortable creeper i have had. I had lots of them in the past. It has alot more foam in it then most of them do. Great buy.

My husband approved
My husband lives it. Specially because sit very low to the ground and still have enough room under the car to do oil changes etc.

Well made Snap-on product!
All the quality of a Snap-on product with out the higher price tag. I gave it to a good friend that had helped me with several mechanical issues I was having with my jeep and thought he really needed a good quality creeper for the work he does on cars for friends and family. He's a big guy and this fit him just right. It was ironic that this was the same model ( although red) his father owned and gave to him that was later not returned to him by one of his family members. He was blown away that I had found the same model style that his dad used for years! It brought back a lot of great memories and was so happy that I got it for him.

Great creeper
This creeper was worth the price. I had a Harbor Freight creeper prior to this, which I used for about five years until it finally broke to the point that I couldn't use it any more. The Williams creeper is better in every respect. It's lower to the ground, it rolls smoother, it doesn't rock at all when getting onto it or up from it, and I don't find myself hitting the frame at all. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.
