NEW Cambridge Grammar and Writing Skills: Learner's Book 1

It is an excellent book to teach basic grammar to your first grader. Beautiful illustrations and paper quality is great. Keeps the little one engaged. If he/she is already interested in reading and writing, it's a plus.It covers topics such as basic sentence writing, joining words, nouns and adjectives, poetry (rhyming words), adding labels captions etc. The book is more hands-on rather than all theory and description.Overall I'm very happy. I homeschool my kid and this book is a very useful resource for me.

good book for introducing Grammar to kids.although i would have appreciated if there were more exercises and examples for practice.
