Platonic Ideal for a Low back bra
This is so far THE BEST low back bra I've tried on.The cups have three stays sealed into the (heavy) foam they're made of to to keep the foam from being crushed. The foam cup is just there to be a strong foundation, it doesn't have any added volume to create the look of larger breasts. The reinforced cups are incredibly strong and durable; they really uplift, even without the help of the usual back strap. The foam of the cup also prevents "headlights" in cooler weather. Additionally, the bra came with attachable clear straps to give a little more support if you need it and can get away with straps. The downside, to me at least is that this doesn't come in F+ cup sizes, so I will have to get it altered a bit. (I usually wear a 30" band size with a G or FF cup).If you're within the cup sizing for this style, the band size may run a little small. I got a 36 band size and it was almost ok to wear on the smallest hooks, even though I usually wear a size 30 band. When ordering you may want to size up your band, which is pretty common for low back or strapless bras.If you're built like me, remember that as the band size gets bigger, the cup size gets bigger also, so a 32G has about the same cup size as a 34FF, which also has about the same cup size as a 36F, meaning that with some simple alterations, even girls like me can get some support for special occasion dresses (the alterations are fairly inexpensive and defiantly worth it, spillage is SO not attractive and the wibble-wobble effect really only looks good on Lara Croft).Another great feature of this bra is that it is smoothing and reaches down to below the tummy, so there isn't even a muffin top issue (^_^). I don't think I can think of a way to express how excited I was trying on a special occasion bra that actually fit me so well.

Poor Bust Fit
It was well made, looked great, however bustier didn't fit the bust. The cups stood away from my body and wouldn't support the bust. The fit through the waist was good & everything was supported there. Had to return the item as I needed a much better fit at the chest.

good bra, a bit big in the cup
It wasn't too bad. Im a 32DDD/34DD, I ordered this as suggested, a band size up and a cup size down, settling on a 34D, but the D cup was still just a little too big and the top of the cups were sticking out a bit. I did like the boning and the way it sat on the waist and stomach, I liked that it was longer than some others and didn't create a little stomach pooch, it felt sturdy and well made. I returned it, but I wouldn't say it was a bad product, I would have settled for it if I didn't find another that fit better in the cup. My suggestion to anyone with bigger breasts looking for a strapless bra: they will all sit differently even if they're labeled the same size, if you can afford to get a few at once to try on, do so. I found one that fit okay on my 4th try.

True to size but not smooth at all!
I wear a 34DDD bra, and a 34E was the closest available in this item. It fit quite well in the cup. However, it looks very smooth in the photo, but the boning is super visible when it's on. The "rib" in the front middle points outward at the bottom. It does not look good under a tight dress at all -- it's obvious. Somehow it also made me look wider than I am. The boning is incredibly uncomfortable -- it's a semi-rigid plastic. It folds as you bend in a way that digs right in. I've worn corsets with metal boning, and they were far more comfortable than this.I wish it had been more comfortable and/or more flattering (I would've settled with discomfort if it looked good) -- it worked perfectly with the low back dress I bought it for.

This is the one!! Worth every penny
So happy this one worked of all the bustiers I've tried. I needed a lowish back bustier to work with my keyhole back wedding dress. After searching forever I decided to try this one and two others by Carnival (both were awful). Thank god this one fit like a dream.Based on recommendations I ordered my normal width but one cup smaller (normally 36D and ordered 36C). Be sure to do this! You will be glad you did. The cups are great shape and give a nice lift and support. The entire item is comfortable to wear and also smooths your figure. I have a large surgical scar across my abs which shows through any fitted clothing. I wanted something with boning and structure to help smooth this out so my fitted wedding dress didn't show my indentation (which always ends up looking like a fat roll). This was perfect! Plus gave my boobs a nice lift so it will look very flattering under my dress. Bonus is these come with clear straps which works great for me because my dress has an illusion lace neckline too and will give more support if needed.

Does not fit good, had to return
Does not fit good, had to return. The cups are way too big and make your boobs look weird. Love how low the back is but the front not so much

Soft, comfortable, and flattering
I listened to the other reviewers and got one cup size down from my usual size and this bustier was a perfect fit. The cups do indeed offer a good deal of padding and lift, which I've found is hard to come by among bustiers for whatever reason. The material is very soft against the skin. This bustier won't do too much work shaping your torso because it is a very soft, elastic material, but it will smooth everything over. The back is also very low, if you are concerned about wearing it under a low-back dress. I've tried on about 15 different bustiers and I decided this one was a keeper.

Not a bad item, but too thick and not as low in the back as expected.
Searched for something I could wear with my low back wedding gown; was hopeful based on description but this wasn't it. Fit ok in boob & stomach area but still showed in the back a good couple inches above my dress... and the thickness/boning in the front bunched up the satin underlayer of my gown. I'm just going to have to wear a silicone sticky bra with my gown.
