There are 4 heavy duty rods that comprise what you get. Also included are 4 chrome mounting bolts and 4 smaller screws and bolts to hold together the horizontal bars that go along the bottom length. These smaller screws are too small and there's really no reason why they should be since the manufacturer knows how long they need to be to hold the 2 rods together. They also strip very easily and of course the obvious solution is to do a hardware store run and buy some better ones. Also my bars I ordered were black but forget about it. The hardware is all chrome finish. I will be painting my screws black with good old fingernail polish to help them blend in.. The item will serve it's purpose and there's no reason why they shouldn't last a long time, since they only support your bags. For the price, you can't beat it . Don't listen to any negative reviews. For the money, you can make them work nicely.. by the way, mine were mounted on a Yamaha Stryker.

Much smaller than expected

I would say it's not the best one to buy. The 2 joints at the bottom don't have holes so that they can be fixed to the bags. Only the top ones have a hole to go through the bag. I always feel like my bags are not sturdy enough. The screw for the bottom are so small that the nut loosens up all the time and I need to keep checking. I would never buy this or recommend others to buy it.

.....could use better bolts for lower bracket. They stripped out pretty easy. I replaced one completely. Also had problems finding the correct Allen wrench, both metric and standard (lower brace) stripped out as well. I think I’m pretty handy with tools, but this was harder than expected. We will see how long they will last, but I’m betting I’ll need to replace the other three bolts.

Fit and works great for 05 Dyna with biltwell 18s

Liked the sturdy construction, but I did like the mounting bolts, they were to short.
