Soft, cooling and holds shape. Took some getting used to since the old pillows were worn out but love it. Have ordered additional ones.

We lost previous pillow in vacation so we had to reorder the same one, that’s how good this pillow is. Stays cold all the time and it’s the only one my husband can actually sleep good at night. Very comfortable to use.

I bought this same item for 50 usd in ikea store, but here it’s 140 usd, almost all 3 times

It's a fine pillow, but this price is a rip off. It's 50$ at IKEA.

The pillow bounces right back to original size no matter what weight you put on it.For elderly people who have aches and pains even broken ribs = use as an ice pack especially on back where you are laying on it and it conforms to all the nook’s and cranny’s!!! LOVE IT❣️❣️❣️

As a neck pain sufferer I have been looking long for a pillow that works for me. I was so lucky to get this one! I'm a side sleeper, hopefully it will be of some help!
