I have long used Jack Daniels Old No. 7 BBQ sauce on pork ribs but it is equally wonderful on BBQ chicken and beef. It seems to add a distinctive sparkle to any of the three meats, still allowing the flavor of the meat to shine. It is especially nice to have a BBQ sauce that isn't super sweet. Not to be overshadowed as a meat sauce, this is a key ingredient to my homemade spicy 1000 Island dressing, too, giving it a really sensational taste. It is a very versatile BBQ sauce and I consider it an essential pantry staple.

There are a million bbq sauces out there, but we've settled on this one because it has a very interesting tang, and is not too sweet. I sometimes mix it with Ranch dressing and you get a pretty good dip. I just wish it was more available here in Northern NJ, but the sellers on Amazon (like this one) have been pretty good at getting it here.

This use to be affordable and available. Don't know why they changed. I don't buy it as much however once and a while it's a treat. Started to actually just make my own. lol

Sauce was every where. Bottle was completely shattered. Looked like the box was mishandled at some pointFount the sauce at Walmart for cheaper and the sauce was great. Just packaged bad and moved wrong

We thought this product was gone forever, were thrilled to see it back and grudgingly shelled out almost $15 for a bottle. It's way pricier in this new incarnation. We love the taste, it's our favorite and we've tried MANY brands in our search for a replacement after it disappeared last year.So, while the taste is the same, it has a much thinner, runnier consistency which we don't like at all. Because this apparently new formula is like this now, we won't be purchasing again.

BETTER TASTING THAN THE OLD JD BBQ SAUCE! EXCELLENT!It was worth the 3 year wait for JD to scrap the old licensed products and issue their own BBQ sauce. The taste is superb. Worth the wait.This is not yet widespread in stores, so I'm ordering online. Even though the cost is at the very high end of premium sauces - the taste is so much better that it's worth the higher price.Straight on the meats or as part of a marinade, the difference is easily discernable between this JD sauce and other inferior (cheaper) sauces. This is thick and bursting with great flavor.
