High quality plenum boxes and diffusers - Only fits 12" joists so beware
I got these plenum boxes with great exiitement with my new basement remodel. Mostly because they are sound deadening, and very nice Linear diffusers. The problem is i didnt look at the depth. They are just under 12" so they only work for 12 inch ceiling joists or smaller (if in a basement). Attics would work with any size. So unfortunately i have to return these and Texax Buildmart does not carry smaller ones for 9" joists. I WISH they would carry just the most popular sizes like the 12"x 3.5 x 9". PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
