Just purchased these. These are my thoughts about them.
I ordered these as a replacement for my stock, heated, signal light mirrors on my 2008 GMC Sierra. I wanted some tow mirrors that I don't have take off and put on everytime I take my camper someplace. I'd like to buy a new truck with tow mirrors but of course the prices are ridiculus. When I pulled them out of the box they were packed pretty snug in formed styrofoam. The two mirrors, a bag with nuts to mount the mirrors, two replacement triangle foam pieces and another bag that had two pairs of black/red combo wire with a small connector on on end and two round electrical connectors. I scratched my head. I looked at the mirrors and see the standard plug for the wiring harness in the door/switch. I also seen a little plug at the mirror base which I assumed was for the red/black wires. But no instructions of any kind.I removed my passenger side door panel first. Took about 5 minutes. At first I scratched my head because the stock mirrors had two harnesses that come from the mirror and plugged into the door's control switch. I looked at the new mirrors and there's only one. Hmmm. I removed the old mirror and old piece of foam from the outside. You can actually unscrew the three nuts holding the mirror in place then on the outside give it a quick forcefull down hit and the mirror will pop off. There's a clip that holds the mirror in place. Before I put the mirrors on I hooked up the red/black wire to the small connector on the mirror base. I knew it had to be for something. Then I came back here to see if anyone could tell me what they were for. In all the comments here people said it was for the reverse lights. But then others said for heated mirrors. Well it's acutally for the reverse lights. The black gets grounded somewhere, hence the round electrical connector to attach to a screw. The red wire gets fished thru the door and body and either goes thru your firewall to the reverse lights in the fuse box or gets routed inside the truck to your reverse ligthts or as someone else had done to your interior dome lights. I have done nothing with them yet. The wires are coiled up in the foot panels on each side of the interior cab.I Next I put the new foam on the outside and put the mirror in place. I had my grandson hold the mirror while I put the three nuts on and tightend them up. I grabbed the door switch and plugged everything in. I started the truck and checked the function of the mirrors. The turn signals worked as they should and the mirror adjustment worked as it should too. I didn't check the heat function but hoping this will work in a few short months when it gets colder.I fished the red/black wire thru the door, down and thru the rubber boot the wiring harness goes thru the door and truck cab. I rolled these up and pushed them into the side panel. I'll tackle that another day. I put the door panel back on and did notice the wiring harness from the mirrors to the switch is a little short but not enough to stop me from hooking up the door switch. I got everything all put back togeather and they looked pretty nice. I proceed to do the driver's side. No issues. It took me an hour to put both of these mirrors on.Now the shortcomings... The mirrors vibrate. It's tolerable but they vibrate when driving down the road. Somehow the manufacturer needs to stop the vibration on these mirrors. I have some ideas on how I can get mine to vibrate less but not sure if I can get them to stop completely.Secondly, they need to include instructions on what the red/black wire's are for. We can't read minds.Third, make the wiring harness from the mirror to the door/switch longer. Add an extra 6 inches to work with so it can be routed just like the OEM wiring harness from the mirror to the door/switch.Would I recommend these. Yes as a cheaper solution then spending $500-600 on other mirrors. But the most important thing I believe is fixing the mirror/glass vibration. Like I said, it's tolerable but not how they should be. The mirrors are manually retractable which I don't see as a problem. They do what I want them to do.

Needs better product support.
The mirrors I installed are great (after some issues were resolved) - they look good and seem to be sturdy. Having said that I must add that their support is mostly too generic or just plain missing, and some purchasrs will be disappointed in having to take their vehicle somewhere for professional (expensive) help in instlling them.First, the version I received has what they call "clearance lights," I believe, and to make them work there is a pair of wires that need to be run and hooked up to the underhood fuse panel and a ground. Very few of the videos included anything to do with this feature, and I watched through many videos trying to find out how to do this part of the task. I haven't connected these lights yet, but being a mechanic and electrician I'm confident I can do this successfully. Not so sure about an inexperienced owner.Beyond the white light issue, and probably a much greater problem was that the right-hand mirror wiring was way too short to reach the required switch in the door. To make the wiring fit I had to cut the oritinal mirror wiring from the old mirror and splice it into the new mirror. Again, this could be way above the skill level of some owners. The "installation manual" for this set of mirrors has got to be someone's idea of a joke. It consists of a single page illustration that appears to be the configuration of the two connectors, and not even a proper description of them. To find what information they do offer, you have to go to the FAQ link, and there you will find a very brief, incomplete single-page set of instructions that mostly says, "toke off the little panel from the door, remove the nuts (screws) and wires, hook it all back up and you're done." Nothing about how to access the back side of the door panel, where to run the "spare" wires. . .etc.If you are not somewhat experienced at this kind of job, plan on spending money for a couple of hours worth of mechanic time to install and make these work. When finished you will probably like them, but not that pleased at what you had to go through to get them on your truck.

Great fit &no vibration.
This is a second set I bought for my truck. Good choice. Fit well and sit level. Only dislike is they only 1/4 fold in. They do not sit flat against the truck. But minor in my book

Great product
These were easy to install and exceeded my expectations of quality given that they were not the most expensive set.

Okay build quality
No real instructions, which is fine. I'd recommend having someone help install though. The top mirrors are a bit wobbly and the drivers side one has a hanging gray wire between the two mirrors for me. I still have yet to hook up the reverse lights for them since it's quite the process and it's too cold out to do so. It fit my 07 Gmc 2500 though.

Nice entry level tow mirrors. Not Sturdy.
For the price I would say they are economical. For the value I would still rate them average. My only concern is that while driving to passenger mirror vibrates to the point of not being able to safely see. You can clearly see if there is no one beside you, however trying to gage the distance between you and the vehicle behind you needs attention. This install utilized the anti vibration pads, however did not eliminate the vibration on the passenger side .

Good upgrade
I put these on my 2007 Suburban for better visibility on the road around me. We in as easy as it should have. Everything works with the turn signals and heater on the mirror. The only issue I have with them is that the bigger main mirror is not mounted solid in the housing. It shakes as you go down the road. Even on smooth roads the vibration of the vehicle causes the mirror to shake. Need to find some way to make them more solid so I can see out of them with it not shaking.

Good product. Only 1 issue
Pretty good product for the price. Power mirrors and heated works well. Only thing I don't like is the main mirrors shake a little on the highway. A bit annoying but used to it

no instruction or support from the seller
these are good mirrors the quality is good and much better than small stock mirrors especially when towing and backing up.the problems are that it came with no instruction at all you have to figure it our yourself thankfully there are some videos on youtube from other companies like boosauto and etc.. that i watched and was able to install these.after everything was done i noticed that the lights on the back of the mirrors are not working whenever i turn on other accessory lights or even when i turn all the lights on so i contacted the seller and ask them why is that and they told me that they dont know what the problem is because they are not the manufacturer and they can not do anything about it.i contact them again and asked why they dont provide support for a product they sell? and i never heard back from them since.

Review update
Purchased in august of 2019, it’s now October of 2021 and the chrome is peeling off the drivers side mirror, and it’s starting to bubble on the passenger mirror.
